Job Description
Title: Senior Application Engineer
Report to: TechnicalManager
Job Summary:
To provide pre-sales support for FISC products(special focus on EMSS Electromechanical Products ) to sales team and technical support,Post-Sales support, training to users of FISC products(special focus on EMSS Products) , developing marketing materials in China. Detailed job description is provided below:
Support to Sales and Marketing Activities
- Providing technical assistance to sales team through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and benchmark problems (sample problems)
- Providing technical assistance to marketing activities by developing examples for new applications, technical presentations and demos at seminars, workshops
Technical Support (Reactive and Proactive)
- Assisting clients using FISC products(special focus on EMSS products), through email and telephone, in all phases of analysis from correct posing of the initial problem to solution and interpretation of results
Client Training
- Training of new clients/prospects
Minimum Requirements:
Masters in Electric Engineering, Electromagnetic and Microwave technique, Communication Engineering
Deep understanding of the principals of Antenna, RF/MW circuit, Radar system, Communication system, RF/MW passive components, MMIC/LTCC etc
Master with 4 to 7 years experience, or Ph.D with? 2 years experience ?in design of Antenna, RF/MW ?circuit and passive components
Working knowledge of EMSS Designer ,FEKO or Agilent ADS or is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, visualization and problem solving skills
Good Skill of presentation and demonstration
Interested in working with customers and willing to travel on regular basis
Willing and ability to travel frequently all China and overseas
