Job Description
Title: Sales Admin
Report to: Sales Admin Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Support sales / business operation activities:
    - Support to sales persons and country manager
    - Support bid activities
    - PO management, license application, and other business activities
    - Support to collect money
    - Collect customer complaints and inquiries and transfer to whom may concern
    - Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Team building skills
 -Analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Very effective organizational skills
- Effective written communications skills
- Computer skills including the spreadsheet and e-mail at a highly proficient level
- Stress management skills
- Time management skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Fluent English both written and oral
